Delivery Information

In Bucharest

• you have FREE TRANSPORTATION in BUCHAREST for any order over 500 lei (except bulky parcels and tires)
• for orders less than 500 lei VAT included, the shipping fee is 19 lei via Sameday or 21 lei via Fan Courier.
• deliveries can be made from Monday to Friday in 24h or 48h, for the products in stock.

       or

• the products can be picked up from our headquarters after a prior online order and after confirming the order at the time and day indicated by the sales representative;
• orders confirmed by our operators until 2:00 p.m. can be picked up the same day between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. or the next day starting at 11:30 a.m.

In the country

• you have FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY for any order over 500 lei (except for bulky parcels and tires) in the coverage area of the Fan Courier or Sameday courier companies;
• for orders less than 500 lei VAT included, the shipping fee is 19 lei via Sameday or 21 lei via Fan Courier.

International

• delivery is made through courier companies (DPD), the transport cost being calculated automatically on the website or communicated later by an agent if changes occur.

IMPORTANT!

Please check the physical integrity of the parcels, in the presence of the courier, and request the drawing up of a damage report if the parcels show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

*free shipping is not valid for bulky accessories or tires

*tire transport cost 25 lei + 10 lei each tire (eg: you have 4 tires, then the calculation is 25 lei + 10 lei + 10 lei + 10 lei = 55 lei)

*bulky parcel transport cost 49 lei/bulky parcel, if the shipment is made of 2 or more bulky parcels then the transport cost is 49 lei x number of bulky parcels.
